What to expect from Early Access
The developer describes an expanding game rather than a finished reference set. Routes, cards, balance, and encounters can change. Version-sensitive advice carries a checked date and keeps demo observations separate from Early Access behavior.
The Steam description says the Early Access period is expected to last about 12 to 24 months. That is a development estimate, not a second release date. During that period the safest purchase decision is to judge the build that is available now, read the current store description, and expect systems or balance to move.

What changes when the build becomes playable

Buying before the status changes
The demo is the only officially listed playable version during this check. It is useful for learning the Explore and Combat deck loop, but its content and balance do not guarantee the Early Access experience. If platform support, save behavior, controller use or a particular feature decides the purchase, verify that item on the live Steam page after release rather than inferring it from promotional footage.
